These Terms of Use (the "Terms", and together with any updates, incorporated policies, and applicable supplemental terms, the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Bundled Global Inc. and/or its affiliates ("Bundled," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the entity or individual ("User," "you," or "your") using or accessing our products and services, including the Bundled platform, the Bundled mobile application (the “App”), associated software applications, websites, and any other digital or online properties or services we operate (collectively, the "Services" or "Bundled").
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION, BATCH-ARBITRATION PROVISION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND OTHER IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS ON YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ SECTION 19 CAREFULLY.
1. Eligibility, Territory, and Personal Use Only
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in order to use the Services.
1.2 U.S.-Only Service
The Services are offered only to individuals located in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who reside there, and who have valid U.S. payment methods and U.S. billing addresses. The Services are not offered, directed, marketed, or made available to individuals outside the United States, including individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Canada, and Bundled does not intend to subject itself to non-U.S. privacy or consumer-protection regimes. You may not access or use the Services from any other jurisdiction, including by means of a virtual private network, proxy, or other technical workaround. Bundled may use reasonable means to detect and prevent non-U.S. access, including IP-based and billing-address-based geo-gating, and may suspend or terminate the Services for any user who appears to be located outside the United States.
1.3 Personal, Non-Commercial Use
The Services are provided only for your personal, non-commercial use. Businesses, commercial establishments, associations, and other groups may not use the Services unless expressly authorized by Bundled in writing.
You further represent that your use of Third-Party Services through Bundled complies, and will continue to comply, with each provider's own terms of service, account-sharing rules, residency requirements, and household-use rules. You acknowledge that some Third-Party Service Providers prohibit agent-mediated account creation, automated access, or shared accounts, and that the appointment of Bundled as your agent under this Agreement does not override or waive any such restrictions. You assume all risk of account termination, denial of service, or other provider-side consequences arising from such restrictions.
1.4 User Representations About Provider Eligibility
By instructing Bundled to enroll you in or manage any Third-Party Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are eligible to use that service under the provider's then-current terms, including any household, geographic, age, residency, prior-termination, or commercial-use restrictions; (b) you would be entitled to enroll in or use that service if you signed up directly with the provider; (c) you are not subject to any provider-side suspension, ban, prior chargeback dispute, or similar restriction; (d) the name, date of birth, and other identifying information you provide to Bundled, and which Bundled provides to providers on your behalf, are true, accurate, and your own; (e) any service address, delivery address, or location-based information used to receive the service reflects you and your actual location and use; and (f) your use of the service through Bundled, including the use of Bundled-managed credentials, Bundled-issued email aliases, and Bundled-controlled payment instruments billed to Bundled's address, does not violate any provider rule you are independently obligated to comply with. You assume sole responsibility for any provider-side consequences arising from breach of these representations, including account termination, denial of service, recovery of past benefits, or legal action by the provider.
2. Description of Services
Bundled is a subscription management, bill payment, linked-account, and consolidated login platform. The Services may allow you to discover, enroll in, track, manage, pay for, optimize, pause, downgrade, restart, or cancel third-party subscriptions and services ("Third-Party Services") through a centralized interface.
The Services may also allow you to connect eligible financial accounts through third-party financial data providers, such as Plaid, in order to identify recurring subscription charges, detect services that may be eligible for Bundled management, support subscription migration into Bundled, and improve onboarding and account administration.
In providing the Services, Bundled may act as:
- your payments enabler, by initiating and routing charges using your Payment Methods and Bundled-controlled payment instruments;
- your email alias and credential management provider, by issuing and managing email aliases and login credentials used to access certain Third-Party Services; and
- your subscription-detection and account-linking facilitator, by receiving transaction-level and account-level data from linked financial accounts where you choose to connect them through supported third-party financial data providers.
Bundled is a subscription-management and purchasing-agent platform. Bundled is not your bank, fiduciary, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser, and the Services are not investment, tax, or legal advice. Where applicable money-transmission, payment-facilitation, or other regulatory regimes apply to specific Services, Bundled or its banking, processing, or licensed partners operate in compliance with those regimes.
Except where Bundled expressly identifies a service as a Partner Service, Bundled does not hold itself out as the provider's authorized seller or distributor and instead acts primarily as your subscription management and purchasing agent.
2.5 Your Subscription, Your Relationship with the Provider
When Bundled enrolls you in a Third-Party Service or manages a Third-Party Service on your behalf, the underlying account, contractual relationship, and continuing right to use that service belong to you, not to Bundled. Bundled creates the account in your name and on your behalf, manages billing and administration through Bundled-controlled payment instruments and credentials, and acts as your agent in dealings with the Third-Party Service Provider. Bundled is not the seller of, distributor of, or reseller of the underlying Third-Party Service.
If you cancel or terminate your Bundled membership, you may continue to use the underlying Third-Party Services that were managed through Bundled by re-establishing direct billing with each provider, in accordance with that provider's then-current terms. Upon your cancellation or termination, Bundled will provide you with reasonable information necessary to assume direct management of each affected Managed Service, including the provider name, the email or login identifier associated with your account at the provider, the plan you are enrolled in, and the next billing date known to Bundled. Bundled does not guarantee continuity of service during or after the transition, and your continued use of any Third-Party Service following Bundled's off-boarding is subject to the applicable provider's terms.
2.6 Bundled as Merchant; Statement Descriptors; Disputes
Bundled is the merchant of record for your Bundled membership and the Total Bundle Cost. Charges from Bundled will appear on your card or bank statement under a Bundled descriptor, such as “BUNDLED” or “BUNDLED.COM” (descriptors may vary by issuer). The amounts you pay to Bundled are payments to Bundled for Bundled's services as described in this Agreement; Bundled separately, in its own name and at its own risk, procures and pays for the underlying Third-Party Services. Bundled is not transmitting your money to Third-Party Service Providers, and the Third-Party Service Providers are not the merchant of record for your payments to Bundled.
If you do not recognize a charge, believe a charge is incorrect, or have a billing question, you agree to contact Bundled at hello@gobundled.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or bank. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first giving Bundled a reasonable opportunity to address the matter may, to the extent permitted by applicable law and applicable card-network rules, be a material breach of this Agreement and may result in suspension of the Services and loss of associated Managed Services, Rewards, and benefits.
3. Artificial Intelligence; Automation; Limitations
3.1 AI-Generated Outputs
You acknowledge that some features of the Services may be powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated decision systems, scripts, and similar technologies ("AI Features"). AI systems are probabilistic and may misunderstand, misinterpret, or generate incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, formulaic, or biased outputs.
3.2 Use of AI and Automated Agents
You expressly authorize Bundled to use AI, software agents, scripts, bots, simulated browsers, virtual devices, and similar tools to perform actions on your behalf within the scope of this Agreement.
3.3 Anti-Automation Acknowledgments by User
You acknowledge that some Third-Party Services prohibit automated access, bot-mediated account creation, scraping, or programmatic interaction with their platforms in their terms of service. You expressly authorize Bundled to use automated tools (including AI agents, simulated browsers, and similar technologies) to interact with Third-Party Services on your behalf, and you acknowledge that this authorization may be contrary to the technical-access rules of certain providers. You assume all risk that a provider may treat such interaction as a breach of its terms by you, including by terminating the account, refusing service, withholding refunds or credits, or seeking damages. Bundled is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, such provider-side actions.
3.4 No Outcome Guarantee
Bundled does not guarantee that any specific outcome will be achieved, including without limitation: successful bill negotiation, successful cancellation, successful pause, successful reactivation, successful downgrade, successful retention offer, successful restart of service, successful subscription detection from linked accounts, or error-free execution of your instructions. Outcomes may be limited by third-party systems, provider policies, financial account data availability, service outages, delays, refusals, incomplete transaction history, categorization limitations, or inaccessible platforms.
Without limitation, Bundled does not represent or guarantee that the Total Bundle Cost is lower than the aggregate retail or list prices of the underlying Third-Party Services, or that you would not be able to obtain a lower total cost by purchasing the same Third-Party Services directly. Any savings comparisons displayed in the Services are illustrative, are based on then-current published list pricing or other publicly available reference points selected by Bundled in its discretion, do not reflect promotional pricing you might independently obtain, and are not guarantees of savings.
3.5 User Review Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and independently evaluating any AI-generated suggestions, recommendations, or proposed actions before relying on them, to the extent Bundled makes such review available to you.
4. Limited Power of Attorney and Agency Relationship
4.1 Appointment of Bundled as Agent
By using the Services, you expressly appoint Bundled as your authorized agent and representative and grant Bundled a limited power of attorney to act on your behalf solely for the purposes described in this Agreement.
This authorization includes, without limitation, the right to:
- access, create, and manage accounts for Third-Party Services in your name or for your benefit;
- register for, purchase, upgrade, downgrade, pause, resume, restart, re-enroll in, or cancel Third-Party Services;
- accept third-party terms of service, privacy policies, end user agreements, and similar terms on your behalf where necessary to carry out your instructions or operate the Services;
- charge the Payment Method you have provisioned within Bundled and remit payment to Third-Party Service Providers on your behalf using Bundled-controlled virtual cards or other Bundled-controlled payment instruments;
- communicate with Third-Party Service Providers about billing, verification, promotions, retention offers, pauses, cancellations, reactivations, service issues, and disputes; and
- receive linked financial account data through supported third-party financial data providers, where you authorize such connection, for the purpose of identifying subscriptions, recurring charges, and potential Bundled-eligible services.
You agree that actions taken by Bundled within the scope of this agency are binding on you as if you had taken such actions yourself.
4.2 Representation to Third Parties
You acknowledge and agree that, when carrying out services you have requested, Bundled may present itself to Third-Party Service Providers as your authorized agent or authorized representative, and such communications and submissions shall be deemed to have been made with your full knowledge and consent.
4.3 Scope of Agency
Bundled acts as your agent and not as the agent of the Third-Party Service Provider, except where a service is expressly designated by Bundled as a Partner Service. Bundled's role as your agent for administration, billing, optimization, and subscription detection does not create a fiduciary obligation to pass through to you any specific provider-side savings, discount, credit, rebate, concession, interchange amount, or other economic benefit unless Bundled expressly agrees in writing to do so.
4.4 Authority to Delegate
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to instruct Bundled to act on your behalf in connection with each account, subscription, Payment Method, linked financial account, and Third-Party Service you connect to or manage through Bundled. Bundled does not independently verify your authority and is not liable for disputes arising from unauthorized instructions you provide.
4.5 Duration and Reauthorization
The limited power of attorney granted in this Section 4 shall remain in effect until you terminate your Bundled membership, revoke it in writing through the Services, or thirteen (13) months from your most recent affirmative reauthorization, whichever is earliest. Bundled may prompt you periodically to reauthorize.
5. Linked Financial Accounts and Subscription Detection
5.1 Optional Account Linking
Bundled may offer optional features that allow you to connect eligible financial accounts through third-party financial data providers, such as Plaid. By using these features, you authorize Bundled to receive account and transaction data, subject to the permissions you grant and the capabilities of the relevant provider, for the purposes described in this Agreement.
5.2 Permitted Uses of Linked Account Data
You authorize Bundled to use linked account and transaction data to:
- identify recurring subscription or membership charges;
- detect services that may be eligible for Bundled management;
- suggest subscriptions you may wish to move into Bundled;
- support onboarding, plan recommendations, and account administration;
- monitor recurring charges for service-management purposes; and
- support fraud prevention, troubleshooting, analytics, and service improvement.
5.3 No Guarantee of Detection Accuracy
Bundled does not guarantee that all recurring charges, subscriptions, merchants, or providers will be detected, correctly categorized, or eligible to be moved into Bundled. Transaction descriptors may be incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, delayed, or grouped in ways that affect detection accuracy. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions, confirming selections, and canceling any legacy provider accounts or billing arrangements that you do not want to continue.
5.4 Third-Party Financial Data Providers
Your use of account-linking features is also subject to the terms, privacy practices, and technical limitations of the applicable financial data provider, such as Plaid, and your financial institution. Bundled is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, timeliness, categorization, or continuity of data made available through those providers.
5.5 Disconnecting Linked Accounts
You may be able to disconnect linked financial accounts through Bundled, the relevant financial data provider, or your financial institution, depending on the integration. Disconnecting linked accounts may limit Bundled's ability to identify recurring subscriptions, monitor recurring charges, or provide certain managed-service features.
6. Accounts, Credentials, and Security
6.1 Registration Information
To use the Services, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, contact information, and payment information, and you agree to keep that information up to date.
6.2 Identity Verification
We may verify your identity and may request additional information, including address, date of birth, government-issued identification, payment information, or other information reasonably necessary to validate your identity, payment authority, compliance status, or eligibility to use the Services. If you do not provide requested information, or if we cannot verify your identity, we may refuse, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services.
6.3 Managed Credentials and Email Aliases
To facilitate secure and automated management of Third-Party Services, Bundled may generate and manage unique login credentials and/or email aliases for you, together with passwords and related access data (collectively, "Managed Credentials").
You authorize Bundled to create, store, update, and use Managed Credentials in connection with the Services. Where Bundled issues an email alias, telephone number, or other communications endpoint (each, a “Bundled Endpoint”), you acknowledge that the Bundled Endpoint is owned and operated by Bundled, and that all communications transmitted to the Bundled Endpoint are received by Bundled in the ordinary course of its business as the operator of that endpoint. You consent to Bundled's receipt, storage, processing, and analysis of all such communications, including account verifications, one-time passcodes, password resets, security alerts, transaction confirmations, billing notices, and subscription-administration messages. You further authorize Bundled to consent on your behalf, to the extent your consent is required under any federal or state wiretap, eavesdropping, or two-party consent statute, to the recording, transcription, or analysis of communications between Bundled and Third-Party Service Providers conducted on your behalf.
Bundled is not an email hosting provider for your general personal or business use and may restrict the use of Bundled-issued aliases to subscription-related purposes.
6.4 No Direct Modification
You agree not to directly alter Managed Credentials, including usernames, aliases, passwords, or billing settings of Third-Party Services, through a provider's native portal while the relevant subscription remains managed through Bundled, if doing so would interfere with Bundled's ability to administer the subscription. Bundled is not liable for service interruption, duplicate charges, loss of discounts, or account cancellation caused by your direct modification of Managed Credentials or related billing settings outside the Bundled dashboard.
6.5 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own account credentials used to access Bundled. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
6.6 Self-Verification of Identity and Eligibility Information
Identifying information you provide to Bundled — including your legal name, date of birth, contact information, and account-eligibility information — is provided by you and is not independently verified by Bundled at the time of collection, except where Bundled or its payments partners conduct payment-method verification, fraud screening, or other risk checks. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide, and you acknowledge that Bundled and Third-Party Service Providers may rely on that information without independent verification. Bundled is not liable for losses, account terminations, refusals of service, or other consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information you provide. If you believe someone has used your personal information to create or operate a Bundled account without your authorization, contact us promptly at security@gobundled.com and Bundled will investigate and take reasonable corrective action.
7. Account Monitoring and Subscription Optimization Authorization
7.1 Monitoring Authorization
You authorize Bundled to monitor account-level information, usage signals, login activity, inactivity indicators, billing events, renewal dates, payment status, communications received through Bundled-managed aliases, plan attributes, account state, linked financial account transaction patterns, and other lawfully available information related to Third-Party Services for purposes of administering, managing, and optimizing your subscriptions.
7.2 Optimization Actions
Subject to your settings, instructions, and the limitations of the applicable Third-Party Service, you authorize Bundled to take actions on your behalf intended to maximize value, reduce unnecessary spend, or align your subscriptions with your usage patterns or preferences. Such actions may include, without limitation:
- pausing a subscription;
- canceling a subscription;
- downgrading a subscription tier;
- declining renewal;
- delaying or deferring reactivation;
- accepting retention, downgrade, win-back, promotional, courtesy, reinstatement, or similar offers;
- restarting or re-enrolling a subscription;
- changing plan configurations; and
- taking other administrative steps Bundled reasonably believes are consistent with your instructions, preferences, or optimization settings.
7.3 No Guarantee; Provider-Side Consequences
Optimization actions may affect your access to content, features, perks, usage history, settings, or continuity of service. Bundled does not guarantee that any optimization action will result in savings or be reversible, and Bundled is not responsible for provider-side consequences of actions taken pursuant to this authorization, except as required by law.
8. Relationship with Third-Party Providers
8.1 Independent Third-Party Service Providers
Unless a service is explicitly labeled as a Partner Service, Bundled is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or formally associated with the Third-Party Service Providers whose services appear in or are managed through the Services. All Third-Party Services are owned and operated by their respective providers.
The inclusion of a Third-Party Service in Bundled does not mean that Bundled is licensed, authorized, or appointed by that provider to market, distribute, or sell that provider's services.
8.2 Managed Services vs. Partner Services
For many Third-Party Services, Bundled acts solely as your agent to identify, acquire, enroll in, manage, optimize, or cancel the service on your behalf. In those cases, Bundled may not be an authorized reseller, distributor, or licensed seller for the provider.
From time to time, Bundled may enter into direct commercial agreements, distribution arrangements, or bulk-access arrangements with specific providers (“Partner Services”). Where Bundled expressly identifies a service as a Partner Service, Bundled may act in a different commercial capacity for that service.
8.3 Subject to Third-Party Terms
Your use of any Third-Party Service remains subject to the separate terms, privacy policies, and end user agreements of that provider. Bundled is not responsible for the content, availability, functionality, performance, delivery, pricing, or quality of Third-Party Services.
8.4 Third-Party Billing Relationships
If any service, feature, or subscription is billed through a third party (including an app store, payment platform, or other intermediary), your billing relationship may be directly with that third party, and certain provisions of this Agreement regarding payment, billing, cancellation, and refunds may not apply to the extent inconsistent with the applicable third-party billing terms. You remain responsible for understanding and complying with those third-party billing terms.
8.5 Partner Services
From time to time, Bundled enters into direct commercial arrangements with specific Third-Party Service Providers (“Partner Services”). Where a service is expressly identified by Bundled as a Partner Service, Bundled may, depending on the arrangement: (a) act as an authorized referral source for the provider; (b) act as an authorized reseller or distributor of the provider's service; (c) participate in a co-marketing or bundled-offering arrangement with the provider; or (d) operate under another commercial structure mutually agreed with the provider. The specific commercial structure, account-ownership rules, data-sharing rules, and any additional terms or disclosures applicable to a Partner Service will be presented to you at or before the point of enrollment in that Partner Service (the “Partner Service Supplemental Terms”). To the extent a Partner Service Supplemental Term conflicts with this Agreement with respect to the affected service, the Partner Service Supplemental Term controls for that service. Where a Partner Service is an authorized reseller or distribution arrangement, certain provisions of this Agreement — including without limitation the agency framing in Section 4, the user representations in Section 1.4, and the off-boarding framework in Sections 2.5 and 17.3 — may apply differently or not at all to that Partner Service, and the Partner Service Supplemental Terms will so specify.
9. Membership, Billing, Payments, and Pricing
9.1 Membership and Auto-Renewal
Your Bundled membership will continue and automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or such other interval as disclosed to you) until canceled in accordance with this Agreement. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
9.2 Bundle Costs
The total amount Bundled charges you for your membership, bundles, managed subscriptions, add-ons, trials converted to paid plans, and related services is the "Total Bundle Cost." The Total Bundle Cost may include platform or membership fees, managed service fees, passthrough service costs, taxes, payment processing costs, service fees, promotional adjustments, optimization-related pricing decisions, and other disclosed charges.
9.3 How Bundled Prices Bundles; Margin; No Money Transmission
Your Total Bundle Cost is the price disclosed to you. It is not a pass-through of provider costs. Bundled may pay less to the underlying Third-Party Service Provider than Bundled charges you and earn a margin on a Managed Service or Bundle, and Bundled may also realize no margin or a loss on any given Managed Service or Bundle. Bundled retains all provider-side discounts, retention offers, promotional credits, courtesy concessions, and similar economic benefits obtained in the course of administering and optimizing your subscriptions, except where Bundled expressly agrees in writing to pass through a specific benefit to you. Your sole obligation is to pay the Total Bundle Cost disclosed to you, and you are not entitled to receive, audit, or reconcile against any provider-side amount.
Bundled is the principal seller of your Bundled membership and the Bundle. Amounts you pay to Bundled are paid in consideration of Bundled's own services. Bundled does not hold, custody, transmit, or forward customer funds to Third-Party Service Providers on a pass-through basis. Bundled does not have access to or possession of your personal Payment Method credentials, which are held only by Bundled's payment processors under your separate authorization to those processors to charge Bundled's account on your behalf. Bundled is not, and does not hold itself out as, a money transmitter, money services business, payment-forwarding service, or stored-value provider.
9.4 Base Bundle; Add-Ons; Bundle Integrity
Your initial core bundle selected at signup (the “Base Bundle”) is a required condition of your Bundled membership and of the pricing and discounts associated with that membership, unless Bundled expressly states otherwise. The discounted bundle pricing reflected in your Total Bundle Cost is conditioned on maintenance of the Base Bundle as a package; if you remove individual subscriptions within the Base Bundle, Bundled may reprice the remaining components at the then-current non-bundle rate or unbundled component pricing.
If you request removal or cancellation of an individual subscription within the Base Bundle, Bundled may, in its sole discretion:
- require you to modify or replace the entire Base Bundle;
- reprice your membership or bundle;
- remove associated discounts or benefits;
- convert you to a different plan or bundle structure; or
- terminate the affected Managed Service or your membership.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section, you may always cancel your entire Bundled membership in a single action through the cancellation mechanism described in Section 10.7. Nothing in this Section limits your right to terminate your Bundled membership in its entirety at any time.
Subscriptions or services added after the Base Bundle is established (“Add-Ons”) may be canceled or removed separately, subject to any disclosed pricing, billing, promotional, or minimum-term conditions applicable to those Add-Ons.
9.5 Payment Methods
To use the Services, you must provide one or more valid payment methods (“Payment Methods”). You authorize Bundled, its payment processors, and its issuing or banking partners to charge any Payment Method associated with your account for the Total Bundle Cost and any other amounts due under this Agreement.
If your primary Payment Method is declined, unavailable, expired, or otherwise cannot be charged, you authorize us to attempt to charge another Payment Method associated with your account, where permitted.
9.6 Bundled-Controlled Virtual Cards and Payment Instruments
You expressly authorize Bundled and its payments partners to create, provision, and use virtual cards or other payment credentials (“Bundled Payment Instruments”) that are issued in Bundled's name or its partners' names, and not in your name, and that are controlled by or through Bundled, to pay Third-Party Service Providers for subscriptions and services selected through the Services. Bundled typically provisions a separate Bundled Payment Instrument for each Managed Service.
Your own Payment Methods are not provisioned directly at Third-Party Service Providers by Bundled. Bundled does not retain or have access to your personal Payment Method credentials, which are held by Bundled's payment processors only for the purpose of charging Bundled for your Total Bundle Cost.
9.7 Provider Refusal or De-Authorization of Bundled Payment Instruments
Some Third-Party Service Providers may refuse, restrict, or de-authorize the use of Bundled Payment Instruments, prepaid or virtual cards, or particular card BINs at any time, including based on cardholder-name mismatch with account-holder name, billing-address-verification rules, internal fraud or risk-scoring decisions, or changes in the provider's payment-acceptance policies. Because Bundled does not have access to your personal Payment Method credentials, Bundled cannot fall back to a personal Payment Method to pay a Third-Party Service Provider on your behalf. If a Third-Party Service Provider refuses or de-authorizes a Bundled Payment Instrument, Bundled will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and may, in its discretion: (i) attempt payment using an alternate Bundled Payment Instrument; (ii) discontinue management of the affected Managed Service and adjust your bundle and Total Bundle Cost prospectively; or (iii) facilitate your transition of the affected service to direct billing with the provider using your own payment method, as described in Section 2.5. Bundled is not liable for any service interruption, loss of provider-side benefits, missed promotions, late or non-payment charges, or other consequences arising from a provider's refusal or de-authorization of a Bundled Payment Instrument.
9.8 Billing Cycle
You will be charged on the billing date indicated in your account, subject to change due to failed payments, plan changes, promotions, free trials, proration, account reactivation, or calendar-related billing adjustments.
9.9 Updating Payment Methods
You are responsible for keeping your Payment Methods accurate and current. We may also update your payment details using information provided by payment processors or network-updater services, where permitted.
9.10 Failed Payments; Collection Costs
If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, chargeback, dispute, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services and to associated Managed Services. You remain responsible for all unpaid amounts, and to the extent permitted by law, you may also remain responsible for collection costs, chargeback fees, bank fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees or arbitration/court costs associated with recovery.
9.11 Account Good Standing
An account is in “Good Standing” only if it is current on all payment obligations, not subject to a payment decline, reversal, chargeback, or dispute, not suspended or restricted, and not otherwise in violation of this Agreement. Certain features, including rewards, referral benefits, promotional offers, status tiers, trial eligibility, linked-account features, and certain Managed Services, may be conditioned on your account remaining in Good Standing.
10. Free Trials, Promotions, Auto-Cancel Trials, Acknowledgments, and Cancellation
10.1 Free Trials
Bundled may offer free trials. Eligibility for free trials may vary by user, service, plan, prior usage, geography, promotion history, or other factors determined by Bundled in its sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, your first payment will be charged immediately after the free trial ends unless you cancel before the end of the trial.
You may not receive a separate notice that your free trial is about to end or has ended unless required by applicable law.
10.2 Promotional Offers
Bundled may offer promotional pricing, discounted plans, free periods, bundled offers, bonus services, or other offers subject to additional terms. After a promotion ends, your subscription may automatically renew at the then-current non-promotional price unless you cancel beforehand.
10.3 Auto-Cancel Trials
From time to time, Bundled may offer certain Third-Party Services or Bundled-managed offers on an “Auto-Cancel Trial” basis. Unless Bundled expressly states otherwise, an Auto-Cancel Trial means that Bundled will use commercially reasonable efforts to cancel or prevent renewal of the applicable trial before it converts to a paid subscription unless you affirmatively instruct Bundled, through the Services or another Bundled-authorized channel, to continue, extend, or convert the trial.
If you instruct Bundled to continue or extend an Auto-Cancel Trial beyond the applicable trial period, you authorize Bundled to allow the applicable trial to convert into a paid plan or to enroll you into the applicable paid plan at the end of the trial, and the resulting paid subscription will be billed as part of your Total Bundle Cost or otherwise as disclosed to you.
10.4 Clear Disclosure, Consent, and Acknowledgment
Before charging you for an automatically renewing membership, bundle, add-on, continuous service, free-trial conversion, or promotional-term conversion, Bundled will present the material recurring-billing terms required by applicable law, including, as applicable, the amount or range of charges, the frequency of charges, the applicable renewal period, the method(s) of cancellation, and the timing of any change from a free, discounted, or promotional term to a paid term.
By completing signup or otherwise affirmatively consenting through the mechanism provided by Bundled, you authorize Bundled to enroll you in the applicable automatic renewal or continuous service arrangement and to charge your Payment Method in accordance with the disclosed terms.
Where required by applicable law, Bundled will provide an acknowledgment of your enrollment, renewal terms, cancellation policy, and information regarding how to cancel, in a form capable of being retained by you.
10.5 Renewal Reminders and Trial/Promotion Notices
To the extent required by applicable law, Bundled may send renewal reminders, free-trial conversion reminders, promotional-price expiration reminders, annual renewal reminders, or similar notices before a renewal, price change, or first charge following a free or discounted period. You consent to receive such notices by email, in-app notification, dashboard notice, SMS where permitted, or another communication channel made available by Bundled and selected or used by you.
10.6 Material Changes and Price Changes
To the extent required by applicable law, Bundled will provide advance notice of material changes to an automatic renewal or continuous service arrangement, including certain price increases, before such change becomes effective. Nothing in this Section limits Bundled's separate right to modify pricing, plans, or features as otherwise permitted by this Agreement.
10.7 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Bundled membership through the methods we make available in the Services. You must complete cancellation before the next billing date shown in your account to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
For users who enroll through the Bundled website or mobile App, Bundled will at all times provide a cancellation mechanism that (i) is accessible without the need to speak to a live representative, (ii) requires no more steps than enrollment required, and (iii) is available through the same medium used to enroll. Bundled will not require you to provide reasons for cancellation, accept retention offers, or take additional steps as a condition of cancellation.
10.8 Effect of Cancellation
Unless otherwise disclosed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, current trial period, or current promotion period, as applicable. You will continue to have access to relevant Services through that period unless otherwise stated. The off-boarding framework in Section 2.5 and Section 17.3 governs the transition of any Managed Services.
10.9 No Refunds; Posted Refund Policy
Bundled does not offer refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable, and there are no refunds, credits, or prorations for partially used billing periods, subscription terms, promotional periods, add-ons, Managed Services, or unused portions of the Services, except as required by applicable law. Bundled's refund policy is posted at gobundled.com/refund-policy and is presented at the point of sale before you complete enrollment. Bundled may, in its sole discretion, issue credits, discounts, or refunds on a case-by-case basis, but is not obligated to do so. The provision of a credit, discount, or refund in one instance does not entitle you to the same or similar treatment in the future, and no Bundled customer support representative is authorized to commit Bundled to a general policy of refunds.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase or use of the Services except to the extent Bundled is required by law to collect, remit, or absorb them. Bundled may, at any time and without amendment to this Agreement, begin or cease collecting any sales, use, communications, digital-goods, streaming, or similar transaction tax in any jurisdiction where Bundled determines that collection is required, advisable, or permitted by applicable law. Where Bundled is required or elects to collect such taxes, the applicable amounts will be added to and itemized on your Total Bundle Cost. The Total Bundle Cost displayed at enrollment may not include such taxes if Bundled is not then collecting them in your jurisdiction; you remain responsible for any direct-pay use tax or similar self-reporting obligation that applies to you under your state's law.
12. Rewards Program
12.1 Rewards Program Generally
Bundled may, in its sole discretion, offer a loyalty, credits, points, perks, tier, rebate, cashback-equivalent, or rewards program (the "Rewards Program").
12.2 No Property Right; No Cash Value
Except where Bundled expressly states otherwise in writing, rewards, points, credits, perks, tiers, statuses, and similar program benefits ("Rewards") are promotional benefits only, are not your property, are not currency, are not bank deposits, are not transferable except as expressly authorized by Bundled, and have no cash value.
12.3 Earning Rewards
Bundled may determine in its sole discretion what activity qualifies for Rewards, when Rewards are pending, when Rewards become available, what transactions are excluded, and whether on-time payment, Good Standing, or minimum activity thresholds apply.
12.4 Redemption Value; Variable Valuation
The assigned value, conversion rate, usefulness, and redemption requirements of Rewards are determined by Bundled in its sole discretion and may vary by redemption option, category, campaign, time period, user segment, or other factor. Bundled may change the number of Rewards required for a redemption, the categories of available redemptions, or the assigned value of Rewards at any time.
12.5 Forfeiture; Suspension; Clawback
Bundled may, in its good-faith discretion, suspend, reverse, deduct, claw back, cancel, expire, or forfeit Rewards, in whole or in part, if:
- your payment is declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back;
- your account is not in Good Standing;
- you breach this Agreement;
- Bundled reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, gaming, manufactured activity, duplicate accounts, referral abuse, or prohibited conduct;
- Rewards were granted in error;
- the underlying transaction is reversed or determined ineligible; or
- Bundled changes, suspends, or terminates the Rewards Program or a particular promotion.
12.6 Tier Status and Downgrades
If Bundled offers tiered status levels or similar classifications, Bundled may determine qualification, retention, downgrade, reset, expiration, or accelerated advancement criteria in its sole discretion. Failed, late, reversed, disputed, or declined payments may result in immediate loss of tier qualification, accelerated tier progression, or associated tier benefits.
12.7 Program Changes and Termination
Bundled may add to, modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, any category of Rewards, any tier, any redemption rule, or any valuation methodology at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
12.8 Taxes
You are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt or use of Rewards, if any.
12.9 Final Determinations
Bundled has sole and final discretion in determining Rewards eligibility, accrual, valuation, redemption, forfeiture, reinstatement, and disputes relating to the Rewards Program.
13. Referral Program
13.1 Referral Program Generally
Bundled may, in its sole discretion, offer referral, invite, ambassador, or similar promotional programs ("Referral Programs").
13.2 Referral Benefits
Referral benefits may include, without limitation, incremental Rewards, bonus credits, accelerated progress toward a rewards tier, temporary status boosts, discounted or free subscription periods, free access to specified services, or other promotional benefits.
13.3 Qualification Conditions
Bundled may require that a referred user satisfy one or more conditions before referral benefits are earned, including account creation, identity verification, successful payment, minimum subscription duration, or maintenance of Good Standing.
13.4 Abuse and Self-Referral Prohibited
You may not manipulate, game, or abuse any Referral Program, including through self-referrals, duplicate accounts, false identities, misleading promotions, coordinated abuse, spam, or manufactured activity. Bundled may withhold, reverse, or forfeit referral benefits and terminate participation for suspected abuse.
13.5 Changes and Termination
Bundled may modify, suspend, or terminate any Referral Program or referral benefit at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
14. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or misleading purpose;
- use the Services to manage accounts that do not belong to you or for which you do not have authority;
- connect financial accounts that do not belong to you or for which you lack authority to grant access;
- upload or provide content or data you do not have the right to share;
- submit instructions that are unlawful, high-risk, or prohibited by Bundled;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, scrape, or exploit the Bundled platform or related systems;
- overload, flood, spam, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services;
- misuse promotional programs, rewards, referrals, support channels, or subscription features; or
- use the Services for legal filings, immigration submissions, government filings, medical decision-making, regulated financial decisions, or similarly high-risk or regulated purposes unless Bundled expressly approves such use in writing.
Bundled may reject, suspend, or terminate tasks, features, or accounts that violate this section.
15. Intellectual Property; Inputs; Outputs; Internal Materials
15.1 Bundled Property
The Bundled platform, including its software, design, interfaces, algorithms, branding, logos, look and feel, and related content, is owned by Bundled or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
15.2 Third-Party Trademarks and Nominative Use
The names, logos, and trademarks of Third-Party Service Providers displayed in or through the Services identify the Third-Party Services that may be purchased or managed through Bundled. All such names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for nominative reference under applicable fair use principles. Display of a Third-Party Service Provider's name, logo, or trademark does not imply partnership, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or an authorized-reseller relationship between Bundled and that provider, except where the service is expressly identified as a Partner Service.
15.3 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal use in accordance with this Agreement.
15.4 User Inputs and AI Outputs
You retain whatever rights you may have in content you submit to the Services, subject to the rights you grant us to use it to operate, improve, secure, analyze, and provide the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. AI-generated outputs may not be unique across users.
15.5 Internal Materials and Non-Disclosure
In the course of providing the Services, Bundled may generate, store, or use internal materials, including without limitation transcripts, notes, workflow logs, system decisions, internal communications, call metadata, provider interaction records, linked-account detection logs, transaction categorization records, or other process-related materials. Such materials are part of Bundled's internal operations, and Bundled reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to disclose them to you, except as required by law or by our Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity
16.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUNDLED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
Bundled does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times, or that any Third-Party Service or linked financial account data source will remain available, supported, or manageable through Bundled.
16.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUNDLED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BUNDLED'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100); OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BUNDLED IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCLUDING PASSTHROUGH PROVIDER COSTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited as to you, the foregoing exclusions and limitations shall not apply to that extent, and Bundled's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
16.3 Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bundled and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your use of the Services;
- your violation of this Agreement;
- your violation of any third-party terms, rights, or laws;
- your unauthorized or unlawful instructions to Bundled;
- your unauthorized or unlawful connection of financial accounts;
- your breach of any representation in Section 1.4 or Section 4.4; or
- any information, credentials, payment details, financial account data, or content you provide through the Services.
17. Suspension, Termination, and Off-Boarding
17.1 Suspension and Termination by Bundled
Bundled may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you violate this Agreement;
- we cannot verify your identity or payment information;
- your account is not in Good Standing;
- we detect suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;
- your use of the Services poses a legal, security, compliance, operational, reputational, or safety risk;
- we are required or reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, by a partner relationship, or by the rules of an applicable card network or payments partner; or
- Bundled discontinues the Services or any portion of them.
17.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your relationship with Bundled by canceling your membership and, where applicable, following the account-deletion steps we make available through the Services.
17.3 Off-Boarding; Transition of Managed Services
Upon cancellation or termination of your Bundled membership:
- Bundled's authority to act as your agent terminates, and Bundled will stop initiating new actions on your behalf with Third-Party Service Providers as of the effective date of cancellation;
- The underlying Managed Service accounts remain yours, and you may continue to use them by re-establishing direct billing with each provider using your own payment method;
- Bundled will provide you with reasonable transition information for each affected Managed Service, including the provider name, the email or login identifier associated with your account at the provider, the plan you were enrolled in, and the next billing date known to Bundled, in each case to the extent reasonably available to Bundled;
- You are responsible for taking timely steps to provide your own payment method directly to each provider if you wish to maintain uninterrupted service. Because Bundled-issued payment instruments will no longer be charged for the affected services, providers may suspend, downgrade, or terminate service when their next billing attempt fails;
- Bundled is not liable for service interruption, account-state changes, account deletion, loss of usage data, loss of provider-side benefits, or other consequences resulting from your delay or failure to re-establish direct billing or otherwise complete the transition; and
- Any linked financial accounts you previously connected through third-party financial data providers remain subject to your separate relationship with those providers, and you are responsible for disconnecting those connections if you wish to do so.
17.4 Effect on Rewards and Credits
Upon cancellation, suspension, termination, transfer of billing away from Bundled, or closure of your account, you may immediately lose access to Rewards, credits, referral benefits, promotional balances, status levels, or redemption opportunities associated with your Bundled account unless Bundled expressly states otherwise.
18. Electronic Communications; Modifications; Card-Network Compliance; General Terms
18.1 Electronic Communications
You consent to receive notices, disclosures, billing communications, legal communications, program updates, reminders, renewal notices, price-change notices, cancellation confirmations, linked-account notices, and other communications from Bundled electronically, including by email, in-app message, dashboard notice, SMS where permitted, or posting within the Services. Such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
18.2 Notices
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, including a current email address and any other contact channel you choose to provide to Bundled. Notices sent to your last provided email address, phone number, or other selected channel, or posted in the Services will be deemed effective upon sending or posting, as applicable, to the extent permitted by law.
18.3 Modifications to the Services
Bundled may modify, suspend, discontinue, test, or experiment with any feature, automation, pricing model, pilot program, promotional mechanic, bundle structure, optimization strategy, linked-account feature, or service configuration at any time.
18.4 Modifications to this Agreement
Bundled may modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, including by email, in-app notice, or posting updated terms in the Services. Unless otherwise stated, material changes will become effective no earlier than thirty (30) days after notice, except where a shorter period is permitted or required by applicable law.
If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must stop using the Services before the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Customer support representatives are not authorized to modify this Agreement orally or in writing unless expressly stated by Bundled in a formal written amendment.
18.5 Card Network and Payments-Partner Compliance
Your use of the Services is also subject to the rules of applicable card networks (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and the requirements of Bundled's acquiring, issuing, processing, and banking partners (including Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates). Bundled may take, or be required by such partners to take, any action reasonably necessary to comply with such rules and requirements, including refusing or terminating service, suspending or canceling Managed Services, or modifying payment-related features, in each case with such notice as Bundled determines is reasonable in the circumstances.
18.6 Force Majeure
Bundled is not liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, labor disturbances, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party platform outages or API failures, payment-network outages, supplier or vendor failures, or any other force majeure event.
18.7 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bundled regarding the Services and supersedes prior or contemporaneous communications relating to the same subject matter.
18.8 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18.9 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without Bundled's prior written consent. Bundled may assign or transfer this Agreement without restriction.
18.10 No Waiver
Bundled's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
19. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Batch Arbitration
Important legal notice
YOU AND BUNDLED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
19.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent preempted by the Federal Arbitration Act.
19.2 Agreement to Arbitrate
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services, including disputes regarding interpretation, applicability, enforceability, arbitrability, breach, termination, or validity, shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains on an individual basis.
The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.
19.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, either party must first provide written notice of the dispute and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally for at least sixty (60) days. The notice must include the claimant's name, contact information, sufficient facts to evaluate the dispute, and the specific relief sought. Arbitration fees will be assessed only after the informal-resolution period has expired.
19.4 Arbitration Procedure
Arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator under the rules of an established consumer-arbitration provider designated by Bundled (such as the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, or National Arbitration and Mediation). The arbitration may be conducted by telephone, written submissions, virtual proceeding, or, if required, in the county where you reside or another mutually agreed location.
19.5 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND BUNDLED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 19.6 (BATCH ARBITRATION).
19.6 Batch Arbitration
If twenty-five (25) or more similar claims are filed against Bundled by or through the same counsel or coordinated counsel within any twelve-month period, Bundled and the claimants agree that: (i) the claims will be administered in sequential batches of no more than fifty (50) at a time; (ii) Bundled and the claimant group will each select up to ten (10) bellwether claims to proceed first; (iii) other claims will be stayed pending resolution of the bellwethers; (iv) after the bellwether decisions, the parties will participate in a global mediation before any further claims proceed to arbitration; and (v) arbitration filing fees and arbitrator fees for batched claims will be staged accordingly. The batch-arbitration provisions in this Section 19.6 do not waive the class action waiver in Section 19.5 and are intended solely to provide an orderly mechanism for resolving similar claims efficiently.
19.7 Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written notice to legal@gobundled.com within thirty (30) days of your first use of the Services. Your notice must include your name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
19.8 Survival
This Section survives termination or expiration of this Agreement.

However, rights and obligations may vary depending on your state of residence and the specific features, plans, promotions, billing channels, enrollment methods, or linked-account features you use. To the extent any non-waivable state law grants you rights that differ from or exceed those described in this Agreement, Bundled will honor those rights as required by applicable law.
